The Semi-Official Video Game Pairing Thread

Hi, everyone. Since DG-sama started one of these for the Anime & Manga section, it seemed appropriate that one be started for the Video Game section. With her permission, I am posting more or less the same rules she used there here:

When stating what pairing you like do not just create a list. Take a minute and type out at least a sentence or two on why you like the couple, why you think they should be together, etc. Also include the video game that they come from.

Do not, however, in your choice have your favorite character paired up with either yourself or your own fancharacter. Do not list anime or manga pairings in your choice as this is the Video Game category and not the Anime & Manga category. Also, crossover pairings should be avoided unless you can come up with a good reason on why they should be together.

As with everything, spamming and flaming other people's choices without reason is not allowed.

Heh heh, I'm here and you probably already know the pairings.

[b]Zelos[/b] and [b]Lloyd[/b] of Tales of Symphonia. Why? 'Cuz Lloyd's a hopeless little country bumpkin, and Zelos is super-suave city-slicker.
And I think that out of all people, Lloyd could help Zelos through his problems. :3

As well, [b]Mithos[/b] and [b]Genis[/b] of ToS. Mithos lost so much and became like a villain, [only like ;-;] but Genis really tried to be friends with him, and had things been different, I'm sure they would've been really good friends. It's just sad the way things played out in the end for Mithos.

As well, [b]Albel Nox[/b] and [b]Fayt Leingod[/b] of Star Ocean 3. Albel's a homocidial killer, but they got teamed up together, and Fayt's got a really strong personality; stubborn but very caring and kind-hearted.
Plus, it's pretty much THE official yaoi pairing of SO3.
I don't think I've seen a single case in which Fayt was actually paired with Sophia.

And [b]Azel[/b] and [b]Calintz[/b] from Magna Carta: Tears of Blood.
Calintz is a cool, cold general of the mercenary band, but he's got his problems in the past, and someone needs to get him to soften up. Azel's a sweet boy that looks up to Calintz for everything, seeing him as his hero.

Of course, you kinda expected all the pairings to be yaoi from me, eh?? ^^; Sorry.

I have some weird pairings I find cute.

[b]Bowser x Peach[/b] from the Super Mario Series. Yeah, that's strange, but I think its cute. Bowser is always kidnapping Peach and stuff, so he must like her. Plus, I don't like Mario, and Bowser doesn't like him either. And I bet that deep down, Peach probably has a thing for him . Now, if only Bowser was human, then it would all work out....

[b]Panther Caroso x Krystal[/b] from Star Fox Assault. I'm kind of a fan of feline and canine pairings*sweatdrop*. Again, the guy falls for the girl, who doesn't seem to like him, and I just love that. I also like a Wolf O'Donnell x Krystal pairing, but not as much.

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
