I don't know what episode it was, but all I know is that Naruto tripped and WHAM, he was accidentally kissing Sasuke.

No, no... *cough* Someone from the desk in front bumped Naruto, when he was standing on the desk looking at Sasuke directly in the eye. Next minute, they're kissing as the result of that. It was completely accidental, although Sakura made an overly big deal out of it. I wonder if the person in the desk in front deliberately did that?
