A Few Suggestions....

When people go to submit a new picture, there's those fields you have to fill in.

I was wondering if you can make a check box in which users can check if they absolutely do NOT want anyone to comment on their picture. This is a good idea because there may be some people who feel that they are not good artists, or that they feel that their art may subject flamers to throw insults at it. They have this at dA.

Another is a field in which you can type in what music you listened to while making the artwork.

cuse some people don't like therir work critieced sorry can't spell well lol

If people don't like critique, then I don't believe that they should be submitting work online

However, a way to completely keep people from commenting completely sounds good to me

Right... But if you don't want criticism, and you're showing off your art, you either want people to grovel at your feet without valid reason or money, and you don't seem to be selling your art.

you can't sell art it is against the rules only comisions are allowed

that is something i don't do cuse this site is for anyone who loves art not just to sell stuff

and to make online friends

not to get unwanted cricteces by people who think they know it all

leave critiees for the forums and stop being rude to people they are tired of it

if you want to critqe go to the critice forum

you are to harsh and mean to them

it is not right when people ask you to leave them alone

Anyways, I do think that the comment restriction is a very good idea (I watch guy on dA who makes pro palestine art and gets flamed for it)

I, personally, wouldn't restrict people's rights to comment on my pics, but there's probably people out there who would not prefer to have people comment on their pics.

saying how to improve a pic i don't mind

but just saying what's wrong and it's horrible and sucks

but not how to fix it is not the right way to critice

it's a hidden form of flamming

I didn't find anything good about your pics to comment on

Here is a flame "Wow you suck at coloring and you wouldn't know what anatomy was if a skeleton had sex with you"

Plus, I told you what to fix, and its not my job to teach you style

And I wouldn't restrict people's right ot comment, but there are definetly people who are too weak to accept criticism who would like to restrict commenting, and for various other reasons as well.

she said that to me already she told me my art was horrible and sucked before so i don't think it's alright
