Stolen Sailor Moon Art?

I was browsing the recent uploads a couple of days ago and came across this picture: [url]http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c61/tafto/604450.jpg[/url]

I checked out the rest of their gallery and this was the only other picture:

This made me very suspicious because both of the pictures were submitted on the same day, yet they are completley different styles and of different skill levels. Nothing in the second picture's description suggested that it was an old drawing. But I can't find the original of the stolen art There's signatures on both of them, but I can't see the first one clearly. Can anyone help out?

Yeah, it seems that a recent upload of theirs is a manga page that also needs to be found.

It seems to be a reversed different scan of the page... I'm kind of confused now.
