New submission not showing up in gallery

I submitted a new pic the other day along with two others and it still has yet to show up. The others both showed up already and they were submitted right after. I tried to resubmit it but it still won't show up. I noticed it in the pending area but I thought I was on the auto approval as well since I've been a member of this site for a long time Shocked

The pic in question is #675183 (that's the new number I got from the second time I tried). It's called Lelouch.

Some categories ignore auto approval status.

oh, that might make sense then. I forgot about that. The series the pic was for didn't have a catagory so that's probably the one then.

is that why some of my pictures go up right away but others have to get approval? i thought that that was random or something... it drove me crazy trying to figure that out...

Yes, some categories are monitered for various reasons be it repeted abuse, layzieness of users, or high quality requirements for the category.

It is not possible to identify a monitored category at a glance, but once you've completed the submissions form, the confirmation message will tell you if you chose a monitored category for submission.
