Anybody heard of Mew Mew Power? it's the dub of Tokyo Mew Mew, coming to Fox Box September 18th. Names and weapons are different, though.

Changes:

Ichigo is now Zoey.
Mint is now Karina.
Lettuce is now Bridget.
Pudding is now Kiki.
Zakuro is now Renee.
The Strawberry Bell Bell is now the Strawberry Bell.
The Mintoon Alo is now the Heart Bow and Arrow.
The Lettuce Tanets are now the Morse Code Castanets.
The Pudding Ring is now the Golden Tamborine.
The Zakuro Whip is now the Purple Dagger.
Keiichiro's voice actor sounds like a nerd.
Ichigo/Zoey acts more like a leader. A quote from the preview: "Ok, girls, time for the role call." Role call??
Pudding/Kiki doesn't sound hyper enough.
The opening song's good though.

AWWWWWWWWW KIKI! Thats sooo adorable!!!! But i do see what you mean, how the hell can you go from Icigio to Zoey?!?! And lettuce had a perfectly good name before! I know its sad but i reallllyyyy want to see that anime!! Im gettin steph (hehe) To tape if for me as a favor. Aint that right Steph?? *laughs* She's gonna kill me. But really why do they alwasy change the names?? is it cos they cant fit it in or because they are too un-common? WTF?

Tokyo mew mew is just like sailor moon, so its perfect for people who are sour about Sailor Moon being taken off the air!

Teh! We aren't even allowed to watch anime over here full stop! It's like the Uk has a big thing against it... I know america must still be sor about Peral Harbour... LOL Kidding on. But i dont get it. You REALLY have to push to get to see anything over here. No I think i can handle the bad dub's i cant be bothered reading lol. Isn't pudding really cute?!? I can't believe 4Kids got Tokyo mew mew! They just wanted to call it Mew Mew Power because they think that little kids don't know where Tokyo is or something stupid like that....It was stupider when it was going to be called Hollywood Mew mew that was stupider then Mew mew power, I mean wtf is with 4Kids....Its like we do every thing 4 money. We could do these kids some real good. Subtitles galore! No editing out anything.... Nothing at all... And we could introduce them to Gravitation, right, Silver? Or maybe somehting along that line...

SAWATLTRSAWPGMTSWIAS (or simply SAWAT) should just get new workers. Let the children read the subtitles! Let them get better at reading while watching TV! It's a perfect system, they read and get better at it while they think they are rotting their brains with television.

WHy must they be so stupid?

I can't wait to see it, anyway...They don't even sell the DVDs here, so you can't get the subtitled versions...I was ok with Sailor Moon, so i think I'll be fine with this...(I really like the theme song, though)

Children of the Uk cannot hear such words as Sh!t and things, our ears are too precious. *be's sick* What we need are people with to brains to rub together to actually translate and dub the animes correctly.
