Q. FireFox won't let me sign onto my account.

I can only get on from IE, but the whole reason I downloaded FF was because IE sucks. Anybody have a suggestion for me?

Right, damn, sorry. I try and log on, and it goes straight back to the index screen like it did log on, but I'm not signed in.

This usually means a bad cookie setting (like cookies disabled) or a corrupted cookie.

If your cookies are enabled (default settings are fine) then try clearing your cookies.
