New car, alright!

Just got all the cd's and paperwork out of my car. Garmin is packed up in the case and phone chargers all cleared out. Took the 24 pack of gatorade and poland spring water out of the trunk along with the ice scraper and window cleaner/wiper/sponge and all is good to go. Just gotta get the screwdriver and take my blind spot mirror off.

Today is a good day so far Smile

I'm one step closer to that GT 500 Mustang. Only 2 years to go. Woohoo

Around $375 a month for 2 years. Saving $3,600 in that time compared to what i paid for the last one. And the gas alone will save me that much. Oh my god, it's so nice to drive. And even though i down graded to a 4cyl i'm not disappointed. It just goes so nicely. I'm in love with my car. So much more reliable then men lol

I can't relate to the "new car" feeling. No interest in a car or the driver's license to go with it....

Maybe I got it from highschool. Boy I really hated the kids who just-turned-16-got-a-car-and-license. Not the kids themselves, but the way they would just . . . y'know, flaunt and show it off. The "I got a car YOU DON'T!" sort of way.

I had so much fun in high school having friends drive me all over the place so I can't complain.

There was this really nice guy who would literally go batshit insane when he was in the car. This guy barely talks in class, afraid that he might interrupt someone.

Anyway, he was driving and this old lady cut in front of him while he was trying to make a left turn. All of a sudden he yells "You cut me off bitch, I'll cut YOU!"

Imagine Strata saying that.

I drive my parents ford explorer til i was almost 21 before i got myself my very own car. I'm really anal about keeping them clean and taking car of my cars. I know i'm lucky to have them and i full appreciate having my own car to drive. I also enjoy driving them, it's relaxing to me, especially when i'm stressed.

I'm going to try and take some pictures tomorrow of it if the weather permits it. I'll post them and make you hate me, Carter. I couldn't handle having an older car or piece of shit car. I've never had to drive one so it wouldn't go well with me to go to one like that.
