Ohmigarsh. I like the look of this film. Maybe if they had more charismatic actors.. but the girl is hawt.

Man I wanna be the Torch guy. Or the rock dude. That'd be awesome

I'm so pissed off about these films lately. They're changing the characters. I'm almost afraid to state my opinions on it, i'm afraid of coming off racist. But i grew up on all of these comics book heros when i was little. My brother had just about ever comic of all of them.

Catwoman as white with blonde hair and blue eyes. The invisible woman was the same (can't remember he eyes but meh) Electra, wow, they really fucked up on her. And the thing is, i love the actresses they cast for the roles, but they just don't fit the character. Electra was not some skinny mini with a real thin face. If anything she should have been played by a woman like Cathrine Zeta jones or to her looking. I got all the cards and everything of her and none of them fit.

They did good with Storm in X-men and Jean and all them. But god damn, all the others they're doing horrible. I'm just waiting for them mess up another one. It completely turns off my interest in the movies and just pisses me off.

I'll stick to X-men. The movies are good at least, and the acters casted to play the character look like the characters and share some simiarities...wow, fucked up that word but i don't care after typing all this off. Grr!

I agree that the movie industry is really changing the outlook and feel of their original brood, but then again change isn't a terrible thing. I mean, Halle Berry was hot as Catwoman and Jennifer Gardner... well... ok w/e. Razz But you know, a black Catwoman didn't bother me too much.

Then again, Elektra should've gotten the memo from Catwoman and just stayed dead. Laughing Neither movie was all too good, but I suppose the Marvel franchise could care less on their flops with the runaway sucess of X-men and Spiderman (as the most notable).

On the matter of the Fant4stic, I'm not anticipating this movie all too much. When I first saw the character who played the 'Thing,' I immediately thought, Hey, isn't that the guy in "Yes, Dear"? The casting for the most part doesn't seem too bad.

The CG and stage sets (space station for example) really look second rate and take a back seat to a previous franchize film such as Spiderman or LXG. Mr. Incredible doesn't look too bad, but Dr. Doom's lightning looks ridiculously (sp?) cheesy.

John isn't blonde anymore... so that sucks... The Thing doesn't have those nifty blue Speedos either. :/ (Then again, not ALL change is bad...) But the villian is really kinda lame. Unique in a sense that he doesn't want to just destroy the world out of spite, but lame that he turned evil just out of a supreme disliking of Reed (Mr. Fantastic). :/ Hopefully they won't butcher the Big Kirby's flagship comic franchize like they've done to oh so many series before it. Pull through for us Marvel!
