So, I have come to the conclusion that DeviantArt has won. It seems that FAC is dying and that DeviantART is picking up the pieces....

A sad day in FAC history.

I have also concluded that Denis hasn't been online since Jan 2013....

Perhaps he too has moved to DeviantArt.

Eh..Da does have some flaws still..like how you cant kill of a comment completely..just says 'hidden by owner'.

Or when it decides to randomly eat deviantions. I see alot of people having that happen to them and then ask 'ever hear of saving the picture first before uploading it?" come on DA..stop being obese..eat the sonic fanarts at least if you're soo hungry..we can ALL do without them and MLP >___>

It's not as insane here though xD which is a sigh of relief.

And another thing I like about this site..the Admins actually look at both sides of a story. This lil asshat Yamilegendrider of DA has been pissing me off for quite some time, they even sent their goons to attack my friends askmmdyugi of DA and the admins suspended my friends!

Well...he picked the wrong fanbase to tick off cause the fanbase ran yamilegendrider off DA for what he pulled.

Also, the admins HERE dont let hate art slide of certain artists or rant journals demonizing other users to encourage trolling etc. These were alllllll the things this yamilegendrider pulled.

So yeah, if you see the guy pop up here Strata..get your ban hammer ready cause he thinks he can get away with murder thanks to the lazy admins of DA xP

I actually canceled my DA account.
It just got so boring, I like smaller communities
I only put my artwork up on Facebook from now on.
Even though I'm writing on a forum right now

I also don't see the point to talking with people you can't meet face to face.

Oh, even most of us who still like Frozen haven't been bursting out in random song for months now. Wink

And MLP has definitely come here - just it tends to be more cuteness or G-rated cuddly romance rather than explicit material.

It came to FurAffinity too, they even added it as a category filter. And that site tends to see a 5:3:2 ratio in content ratings (general/mature/explicit) overall. Some of the things people cook up . . . egad, do not want.

This is largely due to the war we waged several years ago. Massive influx of a couple trolls and countless bans issued, I think I processed over 200 in a single month once. It was brutal and left us with a very quiet forum. People are still posting artwork, that is the important thing here.

And as for MLP...I've seen some nice stuff, I've seen some bad stuff, I've seen stuff that simply should not exist, I'll leave it at that.
