hmmm...candy you say...is it poisoned....oh well

when i have writers block, i watch anime, especially anime that i have seen 6 million times, because then you attention drifts away and you think about other thing ie fan fics

or i drank like 15 cups of green tea,,,and that broke a two month writer's block....it also made me have to go to the bathroom but that's not important.

if all else fails...sit at your computer and force yourself to write. if you stay long enough your standards will either lower, or you'll be forced to write well so you can get food. Laughing

being one of those people who's a natural writer, i'm more often flooded with random ideas than lacking any..

But in the event i have writers block or simply find myself partway uninspired, i go sit outside and relax...

There's a good collaberative article at h2g2 about Overcoming Writer's Block that's entertained me though many a dry spell.

Personally I tend to start a different project when I grind to a halt on one, then come back to the first when I've had some time away from it.

And 'making time' for writing never works for me. When I've been unemployed I could hardly write anything... it's being busy and squeezing a few extra minutes from an already-full day that makes me write at my best. So maybe filling up your time would work - not having time to write for a while might make you look forwards to writing.

Good luck at any rate.

Blah! I say whip out the -un- funny papers! (I don't find the comics in the funny papers...ahem... funny.... but you might)

Or go to some stupid joke site on the internet. Try not even thinking about writing (me I get a lot of drawer's block, nasty little buggers.) and do stuff you have been neglecting since you have been writing....

I can smell those socks you need to change (LOL, Just teasing ;P My sense of dry humor there folks. )

CLEAN OUT YOUR PROFILE!! (My friend Has a problem with this, she just does not want to clean it out. People do not want to comment with a lot of other people old and crusty comments and requests. It always annoys me when I am swamp with all these other fluff comments and I really have something important to say. Makes me feel that they aren't going to even read the comments -the person your commenting on- because they have to look over a lot of junk posts. ) Clean out all you old and older picture (if you have any) update some infomation on your hardrive (if you say your writtings) Delete some of the older versons of your works.

In stead of updating your story try to down size the amount of words you have on your hardrive. You get rid of older ideas you are bound to get some fresh (clean socks... LOL) ideas.
