What the hell was up with how it ended! It p*ssed me off. It just leaves off is there any explenation besides they hate me? I mean Master Cheif said some stuff about doing what needs to be done, the Arbitor was talking to Keys, and what the hell was that blob anyway? And you never got to play that cool level in all of those trailers, or see any of the cutsences it is like it is a different game. And exactly what did this have to do with the I Love Bees thing? Can someone clear this up for me? |

I'm never going to get that game because I don't have an X-Box. But I have heard from my friends at school that it really sets it up for a Halo 3. That would piss me off too. It looks like a great 3-d rendered game, though. I'm gonna play multiplayer at my friend's house this weekend. |

you THINK youll play it at your friends house...
but yeah, whatever. we all know halo 2's ending just sets up for halo 3. but guess what, you can extend your campaign (with levels and cutscenes) by playing on harder difficulties. play on "master of the universe" setting and try your luck at it. youll get some cool surprises along the way... |

If it was not apparent to all from the get-go that there would be a third Halo, well then... yeah.
Dude, it was a total cliff hanger, but think of all the action that it set up for the third one. Also, that level and those cut scenes you saw in the E3 demos and what not, they were created specifically to show of the game and it's features, while giving you a taste of what to expect. Did you really think they would actually give away anything in this game story wise?
Speaking of multiplayer, this handy guide may be of some use when deciding on mode of transportation... _________________

I will tell you about the ending.
The Abiter was not talking to keys, he was talking to gilty spark.
And he wasent killing keys are sarge, so that means there might be a peace treaty between humans and the Grunts, Eleits and hunters, The "gaint blob" was, I think,
THE Flood.
I do not know about the cheif. |

Halo 2's ending was so stupid! "finishing this fight"?! That was the stupidest line! Why couldn't it have been "finishing this war" or something... And about the E3 demos, They said when they released those demos that they would not be in the game. |

Actually that line was perfect. It draws from the old cliche of starting a fight and finishing it. To put it simply, what master cheif was saying was, "the covenant may have started this fight, but I'm finishing it." _________________

That is why we call it a "cliff hanger". _________________

Never played it, but it's an obvious "HALO 3" announcement. I mean, it's like the endings of The Godfather, Parts I and II.
Both end with that little "WHERE'S THE REST?!!" feel, then you get it in the next movie.

I can tell you one thing if they don't make a halo 3 then there will be rioting in the streets! Although it already has been announced that Halo 3 will be released around the same time as PS3 (talk about shoving it in sony's face) |

Speaking of humping, it doesn't really work as well in Halo 2 multi-player. In Halo 1, you could crouch and unchrouch really quickly, so if you stood over a dead body, say someone you just killed, and did it, you looked like you were humping them and that made them your bitch(for any of you who watch Red vs Blue, they featured the craze of this very popular "bitch hump"). Me and my friends do it all the time. You kill someone, you hump their corps, is was expected. But in Halo 2, the crouch animation is slower, so it doesn't look as funny.
P.S. If you mele with the pistol while humping, it looks like you are smacking their ass too. ^_^ _________________

Aww you guys are all mean, you totally ignored poor layz
Haha. Am I the only one that's played Halo 2 with layz??? mwhahaha I'm special!
And I never bothered to beat Halo 2 considering everyone at school had already told me the end of it since they all played it a hell of a lot more than I did. Way to ruin the horrible cliffhanger....blah....I'll just stick to Xbox Live. |
