meh, theres enough circumstantial evidence in that laci/petterson case to tranquilize an elephant. however there was no solid evidence... besides, why have this case set up as an appeal and stretched out for another ten years, so we can waste tens of millions of dollars more from the tax payers? give him an injection for gods sake, itll cost us less than a buck.

of course the media is biased! any form of news/information broadcast system is biased in some way. hell, gamespot.com is biased towards the ps2. Rolling eyes heck, youd be a little biased if you heard this guy killed his WIFE and UNBORN kid. haha, right?

you could always shoot em, hang em, electrocute them, wait them out... the list goes on...

maybe i will end up in court, maybe i wont. i wont think about it till i get there, will i? do you ever think about how youre going to eat your sandwich before you sit down to eat hit? naw, of course not. hey, you might not even eat your sandwich, but rather the little goodies mum packed for you.

i think the death penalty is a proper and proactive way of dealing with murder cases. my general philosophy on this: you kill someone, were gonna kill you back.

you miss the point. thinking about how youre going to eat a sandwich relates to what you will decide to do in the future, when you get there. the future is unpredictable, and anything can happen so you cant plan your life out according to what you believe will happen.

back to the point... the thing i have a problem with the laci/petterson case is the fact that the jury gets to decide what form of death penalty petterson will serve. (injection, life in prison etc.) i believe (and thought) only a judge could appoint death penalies in his courtroom. besides, i think its unneccessary for a jury to decide upon HOW theyre going to kill a guy.

And Matt has now been exposed to the idealistic twat. Ain't it fun? Feel free to throw rocks and small mammals.

(Heard too much about this case and have no desire to talk about it further)

I could, but the mere fact you spend so much time antagonizing everyone, very bored fits you just fine.
