I'm leaving this open out of hospitality, but I highly suggest you add some form of question/discussion to this. It's not a promotion forum.
EDIT: and for the love of god, enough with the Launch. We all know it exists, we're all capable of using a search feature. Though it would be nice if you even spelled the band's name right. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Ich finde Rammstein langweilig und doof.
Tu es maricon.
He spelled the name of the place Rammstein gets its name from right, but they added an extra "m" in there buddy. _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

In German class one day, some people started talking about Remmstein. They said they were talking to some German people and they asked if the German people liked Rammstein. The German people's reply was "No, we send all the bad bands over to the U.S."...... |

Here I am, rock you like a hurricane...
Big city, big city nights...
Scorpions. Not bad 80s arena rock. Ugly, ugly band, but they worked it.
It's early morning, the sun comes out
Last night was shaking and pretty loud
My cat is purring and scratches my skin
So what is wrong with another sin
The bitch is hungry, she needs to tell
So give her inches and feed her well
More days to come, New places to go
I've got to leave, It's time for a show...

not a big fan of the scorpions... only picked up one album (blackout), didnt like it. im generally a fan of nu-metal and hard rock just cause i like the adrenaline.
besides, i listened to their newest album (unbreakable?) and it wasnt all that great. not bad, just not great... but youve got to give em props for one of the greatest album covers of all time: the virgin killers. |

I only own one album as well. Don't get me wrong, I'm not whacking off to everything they've ever recorded. They've got a lot of crap. But for what it was, arena rock, it fuckin' kicked ass. All the filler is useless, but they've got a solid set list full of good stuff. Haven't heard the new record, don't want to. Wasn't that into them to begin with.
And I can't stand nu-metal in the slightest, so I suppose it's to be expected. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

oooh! knowledge!
Though it would be nice if you even spelled the band's name right.
technically rammstein's name is spelled incorrectly like this erwin guy did, but way back when these guys were forming a band ('93?) they took their name from the location of some american air force flight show where some plane crashed and pwned a bunch of guys. yeah, and they just added an extra "m" to it so they got rammstein. i think ram stein means like a battering ram or somethin, but yeah whatever you guys dont care anymore. haha.

yeah, regardless of how you spell it, Rammstein is just a lame band altogether. Like flea said- boring and dumb. The best German bands I've seen are In Extremo- if you can suffer the bag pipes, they get some great lyrics and guitar in during "Die Gier." Another one I like is Blind Guardian, but they sing in English- and one song in Spanish. Weird, I bet they'd be very successful in German. The lead vocalist has an amazing voice. Of course, it's power metal, so to make money, I suppose you have to sing in as many languages as you can muster, spread the fandom. Not many people like power metal, I've found
Then again, if you have really bad English like the Rammstein guys, that wouldn't work anyways. Yup, just posting my opinion out of boredom.
Oh yeah, and EDIT: Screw them, I love the Scorpions ^_^ |
