You can use this: http://fanart.ctgameinfo.com/list_pictures_adult.php

in the categories, you can also sort by rating.

what do you expect? The majority of this site's population are kids T_T;; and chances are they don't even know what NC-17 means n.n;;;;

and then you get the ones that rate pictures "G" incorrectly n.n;; whether on purpose or not lol
