reading minds and moving things with the power of your mind is BS. Simply out of the question. Reading minds (I'm only speculating here) maybe, maybe could be done if there was a mind complex and sensitive enough to detect and interpret neurological movements in the brain of a much, much lesser creature, and I'm talking about at least 100 times more brain power than we have right now, at least. So, not going to happen.

predicting the future can be done to a certain extent, we call it intuition, or a gut feeling, but it's not a long term thing, and certainly not a vision of the future or some rediculous thing like that. In fact intuition and gut feeling is probably more a very logical subconsious system that can see patterns in stuff you can't see that you are aware of, than an actual prediction.

Many people don't really know what a deja vu is, well, they know more or less what it's supposed to be, but the actual sensation they don't know. It's nothing at all like just having seen something before. It's more like you have a short moment of extra awareness, as if your brain is functioning slightly more effective for a few seconds. Also, not anything psychic, although it is as close as it gets probably.

Things you see on tv, don't believe it, iafter all, it's television. Anyone would be a fool to use that as evidence.

I'm getting the feeling someone over in Lexar's area has lost someone close to them. B...B...does the letter B mean anything to you? Perhaps a name or nickname of someone near you who has passed on? No? Maybe the name of someone who knew that person? Ah, yes, he knew Bobby... Yes, that's what it is...

Sorry, had to. Razz Don't have much opinion one way or the other of psychic powers, aside from the entertainment value of that guy from the Sci-Fi channel. Do know I get these crazy deja vu moments that feel a bit like anxiety attacks, I imagine. Hard to explain and extremely annoying.
Psychic powers is a GOD given gift to all.
You realize that that's a hypocritical statement in itself?

I don't know about being psychic... <<; The only time I've ever had a strange, 'psychic' experience is through a dream, and I don't know if that would classify as being 'psychic'. o.o; When I was really little (say... maybe 7 or 8 years old), I had a dream which had a lot of leaves and sunshine and all that merry "summer day" crap in it. Anyway. I forgot it all probably within the week or so. Last summer (I'm now 15, by the way) I went to my friend's house and watched a bunch of friends play badminton in his backyard. I sat down underneath a tree, and it was all sunshine and sparkly. When I got home, I remembered the dream, and it was exactly like when I was parked under that tree, and the dream felt more like it was a memory from ages ago that I had dropped somewhere. Note: I never want to have this sensation of "forgetting" ever again.

It was weird and I think I wanted to throw up at one point after realizing.

Anyway.

That sounds like a lot of bull. But I guess it's one of those things that happen for only yourself and other people aren't expected to believe it because it's an experience that only works for the individual.

Sounds like a deja vu to me, as far as I understand your story. I had many of those when I was on holiday in brittany, france, when we visited castle ruins. It's like you dreamt it, or thought it up, a couple of months or years ago, and suddenly now, you recognize it, but without ever having thought about it before this moment. Very weird, but definatly not psychic powers.

That's what I thought it was, but your definition of deja vu threw me off. o.o;

I don't know about psychic powers, though... I'm pretty much an atheist when it comes to this; I just don't care and/or believe in it. o.o; As far as I'm concerned, logic pwns faith, so I'll need a shitload of proof before you get me believing.

...Although I'll have to add that psychic Pokemon own all the other types, in the original versions. Razz
GET OUT OF MY TOPIC
Oops you said the magic words! A forum is pretty much public space. You shouldn't get upset if people don't buy your BS stories. Seriously what did you want out of this topic? Did you want everyone to say how cool you are because you make outrageous claims about your so called psychic powers? We have minds of our own in case you didn't know, so we make our own assumptions.
