I've actually mentioned it before a couple of times, but one more isn't going to hurt anyone. Wether it's in internet explorer, or firefox, when I press the report button I get sent to a blank page, and it says it's done loading. The page is white, empty, nothing on it, not even a good old 404 warning. Anyone else has this problem? I've had this for pretty much the past half year. |

It does the same thing to me and I use MSN :/ I'm not sure why, though. |

The same thing has always happened to the PM, e-mail, and IM buttons. Now in the case of PM's you can send them manually so long as you know their username...
...but with something more important like the Report button, that could be an issue. After all, isn't rule #1 about flamewars to Report them to the mods instead of participating? _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

QUOTE (fallen) | Mine doesn't work either.
Although others pushed it, it doesn't work for them either. I didn't get any email notification reports, which is what happens when it works. Just FYI for people, the blank screen you get does not send a report. When it works, you have to fill out a form that explains the complaint.
Denis, any ideas yet on what could be causing the problem? _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Dont know what causes it, those kind of errors are the hardest to debug.
I think I'm eventually just going to switch to phpBB eventually anyway due to various bugs and problems in this forums software. _________________ You will obey or molten silver will be poured into your ears. |

It's somewhere in the code. But considering that virtually ALL Invision-type forum links start with "index.php", damn, that's gotta be a ton of code to wade through....
I've been on a phpBB forum before. No real problems that I can remember (I guess I just like Invision better), although the particular forum crashed about two months ago and hasn't recovered. Not sure if the Santy worm got it or whatever, but... *sighs* _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA
