Well, both are great, but I prefer Zelda.
There's supposed to be a new Zelda game coming out on the Gamecube in late 2005. Nintendo seems to be going back to the real/anime art style that was in Orcania of Time. |

I say Mario only because I never really played any Zelda games. If I had played more than 5 minutes at a time I would probably say Zelda, though. I grew up on Mario, so I'll just go with Mario. |

Mario is awesome. If you jump on things, a coin will pop out of its ass. ^_^ |

In Mario SUnshine I jump to the highest point on the map just because I can. I love to fool around. You cant jump around and smush things in Zelda. But Zelda's a great game ... its just not as wacky. _________________ Mohawks are beautiful sculptures |

Zelda!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, me and my siblings started another file on the Ocarina of Time, and we called it 1985, after the oh so popular song. I know, it's weird, but everybody at my house likes the song! _________________ It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
I like to obsess over stuff. Here are all the things I'm obsessing over:
Song: Seize the Day by Default
Anime: D.Gray Man
Anime character(s): Kanda
Video Game: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Video Game character: Wolf O-Donnell from Star Fox Assault
OC: Ray Eclrida, copyright of me (duh!)
OC Quote: "No, he just keeps getting beaten in the head with his own stupidity."-Ray Eclrida |

ACK!!!!! Too....hard.....can't....pick.......
MARIO!
Seriously, I like both games evenly, but Mario has the get into it action, but Zelda has depth to it. But to me, both are addicting, so it works out. |

I chose Mario over Zelda (one of the very few) because Super Mario 64 was easy for me, but I always got lost in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. |

It's a hard choice, but I chose Zelda. Because Link gets weapons. And because the Zelda series has come out with a lot more games than Mario, unless you count Mario Golf and such. The only mario games I'm interested in are platformer ones. |

Zelda - there is no contest. I do enjoy playing the Mario games, but they have little in the way of a storyline, and I do like to have my games with a strong storyline.
I also hold Zelda in high esteem because Ocarina of Time was the game that turned me into a true gamer. It was the best thing I'd ever played, and I loved it. Wow - that was a long time ago now.... |

I find Mario games more enjoying, but the Legend of Zelda has a far better story. Of course, I prefer games with a good story. Zelda's better in that sense. |
