Number one, are you signed into the main FAC site? If you are, look at the links at the top of the page. On the far left on the bottom row it should say 'Add Fanwork.' Click that and follow the directions.

plus it even says that i already did my limit of 3 images.

We have this system where, before anyone's pictures can be viewed by any FAC members, Site Helpers (I am one of them) look at the picture and either approve or reject the picture. It's called the approval panel.
So you've gotta wait until one of us checks it out and approve/reject it. Shouldn't take long, depending on how many pictures are awaiting approval, how many Site Helpers are on, etc.

EDIT: Just checked. And sure enough, your pictures are waiting on the list. Buuuuuuut... I can't do any approvals right now...

Yup, the Approval Panel's how we do things over here. On the "Add Fanwork" page, notice the line that says "Current Approval Queue Level". The number next to it shows how many submissions are waiting in line ahead of yours, and is a general idea of how long it'll take to get yours approved for public viewing.

wow... that's a long code. Oh yeah, by the way, did you say you already reached your 3 pic limit. But you haven't posted anything? Or was it you already posted 3 pics? Cause if you did, the limit's 3 pics a day.

That's not just code, it's spam.

Anyway, the issue seemed to be that they didn't know about the approval system, so they thought their submissions weren't getting through.
