Hi i have a Cannon scanner, do you need photoshop in order to get a picture on the web, or can you just make the copy on paint? |

You're obviously a newbie if you're treating this like a chatroom. You'll get your answer eventually, so in the meantime just CHILL!

Okay, so in order to get a real-life drawing out onto the Web, you'll need either a scanner or a digital camera. Follow the instructions that come with your scanner or camera for the process of getting a picture into the computer. Once it's in, you can upload it to your FAC account by using the "Add Fanwork" link from the FAC main page. ^_^
(PS: Me hitting the "report" button on this thread was an accident. I could've sworn I hit the Reply button the first time....) _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

IMHO, the only thing the mods could be annoyed with is your multiple posting.
When you make a post, an "edit" button appears near the top righthand corner of that post (smackdab between "report" and "quote", in fact). The Edit button is your friend if you forgot to mention something the first time around. Forums are a slow medium by nature so even if it's been 15 or 20 minutes since your first post, there's a good chance nobody's seen it yet so just go ahead and edit instead of making a second post.
On FAC's "Add Fanwork" page, take the second link ("upload from my computer"). From there you will need to locate the image file of the drawing you'll be uploading. Hit "Browse" and a standard dialog box will appear so you can find the image file. It'll be in whatever drive and directory you saved the image to when downloading the picture from the scanner/camera. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA
