Don't whine so much... be patient....

They're called "Avatars". Click the "My Controls" link at the top of the page, then look down the side for a link called "Edit Avatar Settings".

There's also a link for editing your forum signature, text & stuff that appears at the bottom of every post you make.

When you go on your Avatar you could also click on browse to select a picture you would like.
