Best to check out say Wal*Mart or some market stall or something.
Amazon.com and such have got low prices but they're low quality, too, plus you pay shipping and handling..
Try Wal*Mart.. they like quality and low prices.. at least over here, they do.
Edit: They can be about $25 I'm guessing.. 30fps is the medium for your basic cam.
