Eesh, so many. In no particular order (except number 1)...

Rocky Horror Picture Show
A Letter From Death Row (excellent movie, available on Ebay *hint hint*)
Dogma
Nightmare Before Christmas
Edward Scissorhands
Austin Powers (all of 'em)
Peter's Friends (like any of you will know it)
that VH1 movie, uh, "Warning: Parental Advisory" (I think. You all know the one I'm talking about)
This is Spinal Tap! (if you haven't seen this movie, log off, get up, and go rent it)

So many more. Not that they count, but "GN'R: Welcome To The Videos" and "Poison's Greatest Video Hits". Hey...they're on VHS and DVD...*shrug*

You must rent it. It has a lot of "inside jokes" (stuff that isn't as funny unless you know what it's based on), but the entire movie is fun. Nigel Tufnel, can't watch the movie and not love Nigel. The best fictional guitarist of all time (played by Christopher Guest, if anyone's a fan of his other work).

It is our problem if he's saying things just to be a rude @$$, but anyway, nice choices. Smile
Hey, back off. You asked what people's favorite movie was and it's not fair to insult people after ASKING them what movies they like. So what if he thinks it's the only good movie out there, that his problem, not yours.
I agree with RO, he's trying to be rude.

I've yet to see House of a 1000 Corpses but my friend said it was cheesey, but in a good way.

Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Can't Hardly Wait, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Dogma are great movies! Do you like She's All That, too? I really want to see Chicago... I haven't gotten the chance to see it yet.

kate- i'll admit i'm not the biggest fan of teen movies like she's all that. Can't Hardly Wait is an exception because i LOVE seth green- plus it's hilarious. and see chicago as soon as possible! it is just such a good movie- the dance numbers and costumes are great, the music is incredible (i always have all that jazz caught in my head).

Powtaz- oo i liked spirited away! It was so cute and the animation was amazing. Star Wars movies (the old ones) are great- i forgot to add those. but i don't really like the new ones. sure, the effects are better, but the story and characters aren't as good. one of the greatest things about the original star wars was the great characters- hans solo, darth vader, luke skywalker, these are all timeless characters. anikan is just annoying and obi wan has a mullet.
holy smurf- you've seen heart and souls? the movie with robert downey, jr.? i love that movie! i talk about it, but no one i know has ever seen it.
