haha wow talk about extremes. honestly i dont think their important enough to get my undivided love OR hate. i dont like them, but i wont hold a grudge if you do. I'm not that shallow.

They're no talent hacks who have used their image to sell a bastardized "punk" image to the brainwashed teens who don't have the capability of looking past what MTV feeds them. They can't play, can't write, and their image is cookie cutter boyband with some ink. They have nothing to redeem themselves and are absolutely worthless.

guys if you going to listening to punk thats not old school and a little more on the pop side at least listen to rise against. theyre decent.

Punk died in the 70s. There's no such thing as "new punk", because punk wasn't entirely a style of music or fashion or anything else.

Not the topic at hand, but modern bands clinging to the "punk" genre irk me.
