just to make this clear: when I say "which do you prefer", I do mean which do you prefer to draw. I'm just curious what everyone here likes to draw. whether it's mostly guys or girls, or none of the above; as in landscapes and such. as for me, I tend to draw more girls than guys. I guess it's easier for me considering I am a girl. you'd think guys would be easier to draw since they tend not to have as many curvy lines as woman, but that's the part that always throws me when I'm drawing. well, anyway, I'd love to here about everyone's different preferences! ^_^ |

I really enjoy drawing structures, both natural and man made. I'm not all that great at drawing people unless I have a reference image. Animals and insects are pretty fun to draw as well. _________________ |

Meh, dudes. It really kind of interesting when you have about five guys staring at you on the train while your trying to draw a girl's boobs...
Anubis forbid you do it when the girl is supposed to be stripping or something like that. _________________

Female facial structures are so much easier to draw. _________________ |

Men, without a doubt. And not only because in my fanart it's typically men, even non-specific people I prefer to be men. Doing ten illustrations of women was a killer. I dunno, I just think they're more interesting. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I mainly draw guys. Girls are too much trouble, boys always complain about the breast size and I can never feel satisfied with my female figure.
Though my guys are really androgynous at times which is kinda nonsensical. |

For me, the answer is "neither", since I'm almost always drawing creatures, who have more or less androgynous appearances.... _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

I like drawing guys over girls. i find them alot more fun to draw then girls (muscles are fun to draw! ^_^ )..on top of that, all of my favorite characters in anime/games are guys so yeah xD
other then that, I also like drawing dragons and wings. Alot of my humanoid characters always got wings-bat or feathered ones. |

Ive gotta say something about three artists here before I answer:
1) love your abstract stuff Amy
2) I knew Strat would say niether...lol
3) of course Fallen would say men, and that picture is still quite scarry too me!
now, as for me....dah, (in the words of curly) goiels of course! but I can draw men easily, also automobiles and other vehicles (love drawing boats), and abstracts (dont really enjoy it, but I can)...but I love drawing large b**bied, big c*ned Br**ds, with tiny w**sts, tooten large w**pons.
this has been sensored for sensitivity _________________ 'It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession. I have learned that it bears a striking resemblance to the first.' - Ronald Reagan |
My friends think my guys look like girls!
My friends think the same with my picture
I prefer drawing girls over boys because I think I've just had more practice with them. I started drawing anime style. And obviously, I pretty much only drew girls. Eventually I got better, but the boys never got any practice so they usually come out looking like girls... |

I prefer drawing muscular guys. I find it a challenge to drew females, but I draw some. Some males I draw include monks, knights, axe-carrying...well, you get the point.
My classmates say my girls look like lanky teenage boys. I don't want that!!! So uhh...I've stopped the guy drawing a little bit and I'm currently working on the female structure. But I still prefer to draw guys.
Garrr......If my talent were as good as my dad's then I couldve easily finished my story. Well if you take a look at my gallery you will notice that i cant draw women... Its too difficult, but im practicing it and just got a new book about structure so i will do it later on. I think its easier for me to draw men cuz i am a man so its easier... _________________
