Denis made the first FAC chatroom (that I know of). I was always there 'cause I had nothing better to do at the time while online. Among the anime kiddies, RPers, spammers, and flamers, I was relatively level headed and well behaved. He op'ed everyone as an experiment. Was it Leo who kicked everyone? I became a permanent op, as did Kate (it was between her and Anaconda, Ana "didn't want me to put in a good word for her" :huh: so I said my vote went to Kate, who ended up being around more often anyway).

Those were the two originals for quite awhile. Then it slowly became an op army after the issue with Vince. Forum mods were the two original chat ops plus Lasher 'cause she was around often and helpful. Had a lot of ideas for improvement.

It's mostly just a matter of need. Two chat ops worked for a long time.
