Fanfic Trouble

Ok so I know that recently theres a problem with the fanfics, I don't get what they mean by submitting it in HTML, TXT (ANSI/ASCII), DOC (MS Word), RTF (Rich text), or WPD (WordPerfect)...whatev, I dont get it! could some1 plz explain to me you do? (I may just be overreacting but...you never know) And also I browsed my fanfic from my comp and sent it in it showed up empty!!! There was no story here check it out

ps: wats the Current Approval Level thingy for??? (when you're submitting fanwork)
