| I drew a pic of an anime movie, but there's no topic for it in movies or anime/manga. I know how to make a new topic, but do I make it under the category MOVIES or in MANGA/ANIME ? |

Click on the anime/manga category. At the bottom of the list of sub categories there is a link that says Add sub category here. That will send a category request and within a few days it will either be added or rejected.
For now put your picture in anime/manga-series not listed.
